Cancellation and Refund
At FZS Carpets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation charges. A full refund of the advance (if any) will be initiated.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, especially for custom or made-to-order carpets.

Cancellation of custom designs, sizes, or personalized carpets is not permitted once production has started.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are only processed in cases where:

The product has a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

An order is cancelled within the eligible 24-hour window.

An item is undelivered or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items:

Custom-made carpets or personalized orders.

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

For cash payments, refunds will be transferred to the buyer’s verified bank account.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.

Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

No return, exchange, or changes will be accepted for custom-made orders.
-
For undelivered articles, return delivery charges and redelivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
-
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
