Cancellation and Refund

At FZS Carpets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation charges. A full refund of the advance (if any) will be initiated.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, especially for custom or made-to-order carpets.

  • Cancellation of custom designs, sizes, or personalized carpets is not permitted once production has started.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds or replacements are only processed in cases where:

    • The product has a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

    • An order is cancelled within the eligible 24-hour window.

    • An item is undelivered or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made carpets or personalized orders.

    • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

    • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

    • For cash payments, refunds will be transferred to the buyer’s verified bank account.


3. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.

  • Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • No return, exchange, or changes will be accepted for custom-made orders.

  • For undelivered articles, return delivery charges and redelivery charges shall be borne by the customer.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
