Care Guide

Use only a low-power suction vacuum for cleaning. Avoid lint removers, brushes, beater bars, or any harsh cleaning tools, as these can damage the wool fibers and backing.

For high-traffic areas, vacuum twice a week; for low-traffic areas, once a week is sufficient. Rotate the rug every 6 months to promote even wear and maintain consistent color.

Shipping & Delivery

Carpet orders are delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of order. However, delivery timelines may extend due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding National Holidays).
Once an order is dispatched, changes to the shipping address are not possible.
For undelivered articles, redelivery charges shall be paid by the customer.
