1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and interactions with FZS Carpets, located at Gopalpur, Rajapur, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Product Information
All carpets are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, design, and size may occur and are part of the uniqueness of handmade items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed in writing or through our approved channels.

• A minimum advance of 50% is required to initiate the order.

• Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and cash.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by transporters or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the buyer unless mentioned.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of handmade products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

• Any claim must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation may be eligible for a refund.

• After this period, the advance paid will not be refunded.

• Custom or made-to-order carpets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Ownership & Risk

• The product remains the property of FZS Carpets until full payment is received.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs and product names are the property of FZS Carpets. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, efforts will be made to resolve amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mirzapur, U.P.
